We are always happy to show prospective families around our school, and are usually able to accommodate visits during the day or in the evening. Please telephone the office to make am appointment. 

Our Admissions policies:

 

The Admissions policies for pupils' admissions during the academic years 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 can be found below. They are for admissions to the foundation year (also known as reception or F2 base of our Foundation Stage Unit) onwards and include a timetable for appeals.

The following amendments were made in August 2021 to the determined policy for 2022-23 to comply with the revised School Admissions Code 2021: priority for children adopted from state care outside England was added to oversubscription criterion 1; wording added to reflect that decisions on in-year admissions must be sent to a parent within 15 school days; provision added for Hard to Place children; advice added regarding applications for overseas children.

The Admissions Appeals Timetable 2023 

Appeals at the normal round of admissions will be heard within 40 school days of the deadline for lodging appeals on 31 May 2023. Where the application was not made in time for a decision to be made on 17 April 2023, they will be heard within that 40-day period or, if that is not possible, within 30 days of the appeal being lodged. In-year admission appeals must be heard within 30 school days of the appeal being lodged.

Where the application was not made in time for a decision to be made on 16 April 2024, they will be heard within that 40-day period or, if that is not possible, within 30 days of the appeal being lodged. In-year admission appeals must be heard within 30 school days of the appeal being lodged. 

 

 

 

Admissions of pre-school age children to our Foundation Stage Unit (F1 base):

If you would like any further information please contact the school office.  To apply for a place in our Nursery please use the following application form. You will also need to complete the Parent Declaration Form so we can claim your funding where relevant. 

We run a weekly toddler group during term time. Please contact the office for more details. 

If your child is too young to apply for a place, you can register an interest in our nursery, by contacting us or by completing the expression of interest form below. We will contact you when your child can apply.
